PAYMENT TERMS

These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") apply when you make purchases through this website (the "Store") operated by Zukor LLC ("Company" or "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify, alter or otherwise change these Payment Terms and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or changes. We will post changes here and will update the "last updated" date below, so check back periodically. Your continued use of this Store after the posting of any change in the Payment Terms shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by any such changes. The Payment Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction; each time you purchase an item via the Store you agree that you will review these Payment Terms and agree to any revised terms.

The Store is operated in the United States. Your transaction with us and any claims or disputes relating in any way thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles which would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Order Placement

To order content ("Content"), you must first register an account with the Store. No purchase is necessary to register with the Store. You will need to provide your name, email address and date of birth and create a password for your account. Once you are logged into your account, you can follow the directions for selecting Content and completing your transaction, where you will be asked to provide payment information, including without limitation a billing address. You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order details, and will indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.

At this time, we can only provide Content within the United States of America; please do not register with the Store or attempt to order Content if you are not within that location.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you may place an order only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You and a parent or guardian should review these Payment Terms together to make sure that you both understand them.

Viewing Rights

The Content in the Store may be available to rent or to buy.

Rent: If you choose to rent Content, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to view the Content we expressly make available, for your personal, non-commercial use. After purchasing your license, your Content will be available to watch up to forty-eight (48) hours after the first time you play it. You may watch the Content as many times as you wish within a 48 hour period of commencing. All rentals must commence viewing within thirty (30) days of purchase. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in or to the Content. We may cancel any Content transferred, assigned, sub-licensed or sold in violation of these Payment Terms.

Buy: If you choose to buy Content, you are purchasing a copy of the Content which can be stored in your UltraViolet account and be downloaded to your PC or Mac. The first time you initiate the download, you will need to install the Paramount download application. Your purchased and downloaded Content can be viewable for as long as you retain your copy of the Content, however, all Paramount Content that is downloaded must be viewed from the download application. We may cancel any Content transferred, assigned, sub-licensed or sold in violation of these Payment Terms.

Payment

You will need a credit card or debit card to order, or a PayPal account. We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Zukor LLC manages the Store for Paramount Pictures and therefore your credit card purchases at the Store will show up as Zukor LLC on your credit card statement.

By providing a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. You also authorize us to collect and store it, along with other information related to your transaction. You authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction. If your payment results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted.

Prices and Currency

The prices displayed in the Store are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change the price and specifications shown for any Content which shall become effective immediately upon such change.

Order Problems and Refunds

If you experience technical problems accessing or viewing the Content you purchased, please check the FAQ or contact customer service via email at help@support.paramountmovies.com. If your problem remains unresolved, we will issue you a refund provided you contact us within sixty (60) days of your order date. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the Content. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Account Termination

We can cancel or suspend your access to Content or your account, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, if (a) you fail to comply with these Payment Terms, our Terms of Use, or any other applicable policies or agreements; or (b) if we otherwise suspect fraud or misuse of any Content, or any other unlawful activity associated with an account registered to or used by you. We have no obligation or responsibility to, and will not reimburse you for, any Content lost due to such cancellation or suspension.

Notices and Communications

We may provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address that you previously provided to us. By placing an order with the Store, you are giving consent to receive transactional and customer care emails related to your account.
